Delete your account

Delete your account from the app

The quickest way to delete your account is from within the Charly app:

1. Open the Charly app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and your personal data are permanently deleted as soon as you confirm.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you can't access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at help@callcharly.io from the email address associated with your account. We will action deletion requests within 14 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account details (name and email address)
• Your voice recordings
• Your conversation transcripts
• Your feedback and progress data
• Your usage and call history

When you delete your account in the app, all of the above is permanently deleted as soon as you confirm. When you ask by email, it is deleted within 14 days of your request. Copies held by our voice AI and AI feedback providers are deleted automatically within 30 days. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data that does not identify you, and we may retain limited records where required to meet a legal obligation. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
